Contents: We buy and (with your cooperation) sell new and used books and other printed materials related to magic and allied arts/interests. Most of the items on our lists are pre- owned (i.e. used) and you should assume such, unless it has a "new" notation before the price. All new items are direct from the publisher or secondary distributor.

Item Descriptions: We use a modified version of standard bibliographic entry, most of which we hope is understandable. The typical format of an entry is as follows:

Item No. Author(s). TITLE-USUALLY FULL. Place of publication, Publisher, Date. (If n.d.-no date-an estimate may appear). Any information related to edition. Physical information-No. of pages, illustrations?, bibliography?, index?, etc. Approx. size. Type of binding and w/ or w/o dustjacket present. Condition notes. Common abbreviations we use are:

Ordering: Place your order by mail with check or money order for the full amount of the item(s), plus shipping and handling, and applicable taxes (MO residents must add 6.6%). Or fax us your credit card (Visa, Master Card, or Discover) information to 816-531-2468. Order by list number, item number, author and short title to avoid confusion. We do accept telephone/fax "reserves" on items, but purchase price must arrive within 7 days, or we will release the item to the next buyer. When calling/faxing (816-531-2468), just leave your reserve or query on our machine if we are unavailable. If you are checking on availability of an item or have other questions, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping: The minimum shipping charge is $3.00 on any U.S. order. Otherwise include 10% for shipping up to a maximum of $10.00. For unusually large orders, overseas shipping, or large magazine orders, we will advise of rate. All items are shipped via U.S. mail or U.P.S. as most practical. Allow 3-4 weeks for receipt.

Return privileges: Any item which does not match our description of condition may be returned within 14 days and we will refund full purchase price (less shipping charges). We want you to be pleased with our service and we value your future business.
